Signature Capture on all WSIB Forms.
The WSIB System Navigator has the ability to place an electronic facsimile (in the form of a bitmapped image) of a signature on the Forms that the system produces.

This signature becomes a data field that is attached to each form individually. The user can indicate that they want this signature to appear on the form when it is printed or faxed. The inclusion of the signature on the form means that the Ontario WSIB will accept a faxed transmission of this form directly from the system.

In conjunction with the user’s signature, the WSIB System Navigator includes the Form 1942, Worker’s Consent Form. Although a facsimile of the worker’s signature is not allowed, the inclusion of this form in the system allows the user to indicate that this form has been signed, meeting the requirements of Bill 99 relating to the necessity of the worker’s signature on the Form 7.



Intuitive Use
The Signature is required by the Board to accept the forms as valid.

The WSIB System Navigator is the only system that includes Signature Capture on all forms.
